I used this agency specifically worked with Yingkek.
Half the views I had to do by myself and only when I insisted did she turn.

I needed a place quite quickly so move into an apt in Sukhumvit knowing there might be some issues
Some I knew needed to be fixed some I didn't.

The owner did not inspect or clean or do anything to make the apartment ready before I moved in.

After moving in the bathroom was, flooded, and the apartment had other issues
Yingkek told me the owners were very nice and would help if we needed to do anything and I would be allowed at my own expense replace or add things.

Upon living in the apt I wanted to increase wifi speed and I would pay for it but owners refused.
I wanted to put in blackout curtains as they only had blinds which had a gap in it allowing in the sun, but they refused again even though I would pay for it

I wanted to get out of the lease as I can foresee issues coming

I asked Yingkek to talk to the owners and she refused.
She refused to also give me the owners contact details so I could contact directly.

I have never been in this situation before.
They just take your money and walk away

I would avoid using this agency.

Respectfully the owner refused until I said I would have to leave if I could not.
I also have recorded all communication.

On 3 occasions I had to view apartments on my own.

I was also told bathroom being flooded is a minor issue.
A leaking tap in the bathroom should've been fixed in a day not 4 days.
I had the same issue in Airbnb and it was fixed the same day.

I asked Yingkek to communicate to the owners that I wanted to cancel the contract and get my deposit back and she refused to relay that to the owners.

First she waa relaying all the issues to the juristic office and then she told me to contact them directly because she wouldn't.
